Levii Academy at the Central Library

June 23, 2018

On Saturday, June 23rd the tutors of Levii Academy performed at the Reading Room Central Library, Manchester. The performance was part of a more than 120-year-old tradition of 'Ministry of Lost and Found', devoted to the preservation of art and culture.

Our tutors, who are also well-established instrumentalists, performed a large spectrum of genres, representing a wide range of repertoire and highlighting some of the most loved pieces of classical music. Works by J.S. Bach, W. A. Mozart, E. Satie, C. Saint-Saens, D. Shostakovich, among others, were performed in front of an audience of more than 600 people!

The performance was received with praise and gratitude from the audience, and many of the attendees showed a vivid interest in how to learn an instrument with us and join the quickly growing Levii Community.

We thank everyone for attending, and are looking forward to welcoming new members to join us!
