Emma McPhilemy is a Vandoren UK Artist' performing regularly throughout the UK, Europe, and China as a soloist and as leader of ‘The Abelia Saxophone Quartet and Ensemble'.

Recent highlights as a soloist include performing the UK premiere of John Mackey’s Soprano Saxophone Concerto at the ‘Wigmore Hall’; leading her saxophone quartet to tour internationally as the Musical Director and saxophone soloist in Bill Whelan’s production of ‘Riverdance; as well as winning the ‘Star Award’ from the Countess of Munster Musical Trust and being awarded a place on their 2018/19 recital scheme.

Emma works regularly with England's National Opera Company: ‘Opera North’, and has recently been awarded a place at The Royal Northern College of Music to complete the prestigious: ‘International Artist Diploma’.
