Lauren Coulter

Vocal Tutor

Lauren studied her BMus Hons degree at the Ulster University in Northern Ireland achieving a First Class Honours. She was a member of the Ulster University Choir and Chamber choir as well as being a soloist who performed in venues all over Ireland. She also travelled to New York with the Chamber Choir to sing at the world premiere of Stabat Mater by Paul Mealor which was performed in Carnegie Hall.

She is currently studying for a Master’s degree in Music at the Royal Northern College of Music and is in her second year. Lauren is kindly supported by the NW Award. She is studying with Mr Peter Alexander Wilson. During her first year at the RNCM, Lauren has been involved in opera scenes, master classes and has gained experience with external performances. In December she is playing the part of a nun in Suor Angelica at the RNCM in December.

Lauren has worked with the Brighouse High School Choir, Calderdale Music Trust and takes interest in teaching singing the most enjoyable way she can. She is proudly a vocal tutor at the LeVii Academy.
